Newquay Carnival? 1978
Several photos of Newquay over this period of Grandad's life. There is a shop John Nance furniture behind, which had branches in Newquay and St Austell. However, it could be anywhere within this locale as many of these places have flower festivals and summer carnivals. My bet however it is Newquay as he came here many times.
